It’s been a very challenging year for everyone but finally the return to normality looks to be in sight, or is it? As a HR Consultancy, SYLO | Beyond HR. works with a variety of small and large organisations, and we know that, for many, normal is not going to look the same as before. The key change we are hearing, and helping many businesses adapt too, is Hybrid Working.
In this online event, hosted by the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, SYLO HR experts, Luci Martin and Heather Stanbury, will discuss the many benefits of Hybrid Working, as well as the many pitfalls. We’ve been working with SME’s to help them plan, and execute a Hybrid Working model that benefits both their people, and their business.
This webinar looks to explore the four key aspects that implementing Hybrid Working could have on your business:
- Short and long term Business Objectives including impacts on your Profits
- Employee Contracts, Policies and Procedures, including IT Security and Recruitment
- Employee Wellbeing and Health & Safety
- Performance Management and Training
We look at each aspect, highlighting both the positives of Hybrid Working i.e. a motivated, productive workforce focused on your business versus the potential negative impacts such as loss of productivity, disengagement resulting in disciplinary hearings/ grievances/ loss of valued employees and potentially tribunals. The ultimate aim is to ensure both your business objectives and employee needs are clearly aligned and decision making around Hybrid Working is fair.
