Meeting Room for hire in Oxfordshire.

Our ground floor meeting room is situated in a secluded, quiet location behind the High Street in Thame and is available for hire at the following rates (Prices exclude VAT):

£12.50 per hour

£35 per half-day (9am-1pm / 1pm – 5pm)

£65 per full day

The meeting room for hire in Oxfordshire seats six comfortably and can be configured to your own requirements in a board room style or a more relaxed seating arrangement

Please note:

  1. We are happy to provide WiFi, but unfortunately in these COVID-19 times we cannot provide tea & coffee making facilities, still & sparkling water or biscuits. Please, do feel free to bring your own.
  2. Please note that the room hire runs alongside our normal office hours of 9am – 5.00pm. Bookings made for outside these hours require previous approval and, may be charged at an enhanced rate.
  3. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost.
  4. You are liable for any loss or damage which may be caused to our property or premises by any event attendee, and agree to adhere to all housekeeping rules.
  5. Payment of invoice should be made within 14 days of the booking.

COVID-19 Compliance

We are limiting the number of visitors’ onsite, to better manage social distancing. All visitors are by pre-booked appointment only. On arrival at our offices, all visitors will be requested to confirm that they are COVID-19 free and that they are not experiencing any symptoms.

Completion of the Self-Declaration Form A02 forms part of our Health & Safety COVID-19 Policy; a copy of which is available in the office.

    By Road

    Thame is located between Oxford and Aylesbury on the A418. The town is easily accessible from junctions 6 and 8 of the M40 (junction 7 has northbound exit only), and is located 9 miles from Aylesbury (A418) and 14 miles from Oxford (A418/A40) and High Wycombe (A40).

    There is no parking at our office building, however parking is available in and around the town centre. For longer stays, use one of the signposted car parks where payment may be required.

    Once parked in the town, locate the Town Hall (easily identifiable by the clock tower). Facing the town hall at the clock tower end, walk to the left-hand side of the building, and you will see Robert Gatward Jewellers along the parade of shops. Between Robert Gatward Jewellers and Tim Russ Estate Agents, there is a brown glazed door, at 112 High Street. Enter here, and go to the end of the internal corridor and through the end door. Carry on to the end of the pathway. The Rear Barn is the last building on your right-hand side. (Please take care in wet weather as the path may be slippery).

    By Rail

    The nearest railway station is Haddenham & Thame Parkway, approximately 3 miles away. Chiltern Railways operate the service between Marylebone and Birmingham. There is a taxi office at the station.
