HR Consultant
I have spent 25 years working in HR, for the last 6 years in an executive role managing HR Business Partners across Europe, Middle East and Africa for a Global Clinical Research Company. I have extensive international HR experience, both strategic and operational, as well as experience of working in the NHS and Local Government in the UK. I am a Member of CIPD. My passion is enhancing the employee experience which I know leads to more motivated employees who stay with companies longer. I aim to be approachable and practical in my approach to HR.
What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
Gliding! It was a 40th birthday present so I pretended that I enjoyed the experience. I was terrified and decided then and there that I was very much a fan of an engine when flying!
Who or what makes you laugh?
Ambling around a golf course with friends on a Saturday morning.
