Mediator and Coach
I am a mediator, trainer and coach with experience living and working in numerous countries around the world. My mediation practice focuses on workplace and cross-border family disputes. I have contributed to research and writing in the commercial mediation sector in the UK and India, and delivered training in the areas of communication, culture, conflict transformation and human rights.
I’ve enjoyed engaging with university students, resourcing numerous mediation competitions in Europe and India as a judge, speaker and trainer. I am an accredited mediator with the IMI – International Mediation Institute and a rostered mediator with the International Mediation Centre for Family Conflict and Child Abduction (MiKK).
I joined the SYLO | Beyond HR. Business Team as a Mediator and Coach and I am enjoying the opportunities and challenges that working with this experienced team has to offer.
I have traveled extensively and enjoy learning new skills.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
Whilst working in Uganda, friends and I took the opportunity to travel to Jinja. the source of the River Nile. The white water rapid adventure that ensued was definitely the most dangerous thing I’ve ever done…and we all survived to tell the tale!
Q. Who or what makes you laugh?
Our 2 young kids give me the giggles on a daily basis, and my brother will have me in tears from laughing so hard!
