Formative Assessment and Questioning techniques Oxfordshire

I have delivered training and recruitment projects in a wide variety of industries at all role levels for the last 25 years, running my own recruitment & training consultancy from 2001-2016 before joining SYLO as an Associate.  I am a fully trained teacher, trainer and coach with extensive experience in Executive Search and both online and face-to-face training delivery. I hold an Advanced Virtual Trainer accreditation.

I worked as a French Teacher & Teacher Trainer at Weydon School in Surrey, a pioneering, leading secondary school.  I gained a PGCE in Pedagogy and Practice with Distinction at the University of Sussex in 2016.

I recently completed projects within the Further Education sector for Activate Learning as a Teacher Trainer and Coach and for the Education & Training Foundation as a CPD Trainer.  I also teach French and English to KS4 privately and continue to manage talent acquisition projects in a range of industries.

I have an interest in all areas of pedagogy, with a special interest in Assessment for Learning.  I am also an expert in the use of digital tools to promote learning.
