Clare Harris

I have spent more than 30 years in senior business development roles in both private and voluntary sectors. I led European teams at Thomson Learning academic publishers, collaborating with academic consortia to deliver digital content across HE campuses.  Most recently, I worked at Agenda Consulting, a research consultancy providing employee and volunteer engagement surveys to the not-for-profit sector.  We conducted benchmark studies on HR and volunteer management metrics, and I reported on the findings to our sector partners and HR networks. I am studying for the CIPD level 5 Diploma in HR Management and am delighted to be working with SYLO | Beyond HR. on a range of projects.
