I have worked as a “hands on” HR Business Partner/ director for 28 years across diverse environments including R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Consultancy, Education, Professional Services and Manufacturing. Since moving into Consultancy in 2016, I advise and support Clients with a variety of operational and strategic HR projects including employee relations, organisational change, strengths coaching and outplacement/ career coaching.

I am MBA qualified, a strengths accredited coach and hold a level 7 postgraduate qualification in Career Development and Coaching from the University of Warwick.
