I’m a CIPD qualified professional with several years’ experience in general HR, and specialisms of Employee Relations and Global Mobility. I have worked with several global, blue chip companies within the industry sectors of IT, Manufacturing and Consultancy; as a result, I have obtained competencies in the shared services arena and EMEA space. I take pride in delivering a service that is consistently reliable, accurate and concise. I am a strong believer in the Keizen philosophy; identifying and implementing ways (no matter how big or small) to improve myself and environments I can influence, both professionally and personally, is what drives me on a daily basis.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
Driving through Bosnia & Herzegovina when my husband and I were on holiday in Dubrovnik, Croatia. We wanted to visit the famous bridge of Mostar which is in Bosnia. B&H is not in the EU, therefore, it was a bit risky in that our travel and health insurance wouldn’t be valid should anything happen whilst we were crossing over and we had no phone signal the whole time we were in the country. Further to that, the majority of buildings we drove past were derelict and still had bullet holes in them – it was all very eerie.
Q. Who or what makes you laugh?
Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes.
