Strategic Business Consultant
I am part of our Business Strategy team and have been with SYLO | Beyond HR. since 2018. Initially, I worked in FMCG and Experiential marketing both nationally and internationally, with organisations such as: Unilever, Glaxo SmithKline, Tetley Tea, Chessington World of Adventures/Thorpe Park and Kew Gardens. I then joined COI, part of the Cabinet Office, as a Management Consultant before taking a break to have my two children. I now work with the SYLO | Beyond HR. team providing that vital link between business and people strategies within organisations, generally working with MD’s and Owners.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
A. Probably competing in the 1989 Fasnet Race, having only taken part in one long off shore race before that, just one week earlier!
