Who we are

SYLO | Beyond HR. was formed in 2010, with the aim to provide clear and trusted HR advice to businesses in Oxfordshire and the surrounding area. 

Our partnership approach has seen the business grow, to a team of 20+ professionals, working with SMEs, national and international organisations, across many sectors and countries. People are at the heart of everything we do, and our remit has expanded beyond HR as our clients valued our expertise across the business landscape. We are an extension to your team, providing expert HR advice, input to your Business strategy, Wellbeing Strategies, Skills and Personal Development Training, and Recruitment Services.

We work with carefully chosen partners, who are experts in their field, including Allen AssociatesBreathe, and European Health and Safety Consultants. Their input enables us to offer you a complete service.

Simply put – we are there to support your people, your business. 


How we work

We see our role as your strategic partner, understanding your business and your goals. We provide solutions to suit, including HR Services, Business Strategy, Recruitment, and Learning and Development of your people, or ad hoc advice for specific projects. Our qualified team are experienced in their field and provide expert guidance to add real value to your business.

Using our HR Diagnostic Tool, we assess your needs. You choose the best way to engage us – either on a pay-as-you-go or retained basis. Our HR Retainer Service provides options for support – perfect if you need HR guidance, but are not ready to employ a full-time HR person, or you need professional advice on a specific issue.

We listen, understand your issues, propose, agree and implement solutions.
