Interview Support

Many of our clients ask us to support them with interviewing in order to ensure a fully rigorous process. We use a competency-based approach that focuses on how candidates have behaved in past scenarios rather than subjective opinions about how they might behave in the future in any given scenario. We can run an interview with you or provide you with the appropriate questions to ask in order to establish whether candidates truly have the skills and experience you need.

Job Offer Negotation and On-Boarding

This is always a particularly sensitive and risky part of the process. There is nothing worse than successfully attracting the right candidate all for it to completely fall apart at the last minute.
