As Strategic Partnerships Director, for UK & Ireland at Globalization Partners, I am responsible for managing relationships with partners who can deliver complementary services alongside our automated Global Employment Platform ™, which helps companies build global teams quickly and easily without risk or barriers. This gives companies the ability to grow and meet their international expansion needs, with the assurance that the talent they hire can compliantly work full-time – wherever that talent is based in the world.
A seasoned partnerships specialist, I came to Globalization Partners after more than 12 years in the talent measurement business, where I was responsible for managing partnerships to create compelling integrated solutions.

Q: What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
A: I don’t recall doing anything dangerous in my life so far, but I can remember a very uncomfortable situation. During the early part of my career, I was part of a team that took ninety cyclists across Cuba to raise valuable funds for charity. One of the overnight rooms I slept in was infested with cockroaches. There was nothing I could do but stay up as late as I could then go back to my room without turning the lights on and shuddering as I got into bed. I survived!
Q: Who or what makes you laugh?
A: I like to decompress with some good comedy like Larry David or Have I Got News For You.
