A qualified member of the CPID, with extensive experience working in HR and recruitment management roles in high growth SME’s and within corporate. Whilst I started my career in recruitment (agency side), my career in HR started whilst working in a corporate within the management advisory team. This provided me with a wealth of exposure to a wide range of HR matters and an appetite to learn more to help organisations deliver pragmatic business solutions through all aspects of HR management. My areas of expertise lie within employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment strategies and process. Also, certified coach and psychometric assessor helping organisations to build and manage high performing teams.
Q: What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
Skied down a black slope. I was petrified as at best, I am an amateur skier
