I have had the pleasure to recently join the team at SYLO | Beyond HR.
I have over 20 years’ experience working as a HR Generalist Leader in the UK and internationally for both large corporates and smaller organisations which include Anheuser-Busch and SC Johnson.
I partner businesses to develop people strategies which have palpable impacts to business results. Pragmatic and commercial in my people first approach I am mostly known as a culture foundation builder who can partner leadership to drive change. Equally I can dive into all aspects of HR to build capability in people and process throughout the organisation.
A Fellow member of the CIPD, since completing a CIPD Level 7 post graduate qualification in HR Management, I love to continually develop ensuring my knowledge adapts to the every changing world of work.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
A. From someone who is the opposite of a dare devil, that even finds riding a bicycle dangerous, I do take some risks. The most impactful was localising in Switzerland for 8 years, avoiding expat areas and immersing in a French speaking village when at the time I had no grasp of the language.
Q. Who or what makes you laugh?
A. I naturally navigate to the funny side of all aspects of life, including the toughest obstacles and love to laugh with everyone. My husband and kids generate most of my loud belly laughs though
