I joined the SYLO | Beyond HR. team in 2018 following a long career in HR, both in the UK and internationally. With both strategic and operational experience, I can quickly assess clients’ business structures and practices to identify key HR issues and solutions. I am used to dealing with complex legal and financial processes and have provided a wide range of HR advice and support to clients during my time with SYLO | Beyond HR.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
A. Apart from several ‘close encounters’ while working and travelling in various countries around the World, the most dangerous thing I have done is probably appearing on ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’ in November 2000 – the danger being that I could make a fool of myself on national TV! However, I managed to put in a respectable performance on the day.
Q. Who or what always makes you laugh?
A. Our two young grandchildren!
