HR Consultant
Working as part of the HR Advisory team, I have been with SYLO | Beyond HR. since November 2018. I started my HR career over 20 years ago, working for a range of different organisations of varying sizes from SME’s, Not for Profit, right through to large corporates such as BP.
As an HR Generalist, I am able to work across the full spectrum of HR but particularly enjoy employee relations, talent management and workforce planning.
I am a long standing Associate member of the CIPD, having completed the CIPD level 7 post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
A. I’d love to say jumping out of a plane or bungee jumping but I’d be lying! Far too scary! Snowmobiling and husky sledding in Finland is probably my most adventurous endeavour.
Q. Who or what makes you laugh?
A. My husband, children, our dog!
