My background in HR includes working for SMEs, corporates and consulting, so I have set up HR functions from scratch and managed the full employee life cycle. I became fascinated by the impact that culture has on performance and I moved into Organisational Effectiveness, focusing on change management, culture and engagement and L&D.
As a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the LPI, I’m passionate about improving performance, engagement and growth, always keeping the employee experience top of mind. I take a positive, collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving, delivering strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
Sailing to Komodo to see the dragons through shark-infested waters during a terrible storm – I was convinced I would be a midnight snack!
